What information should I provide first?

Share the facility address, unit size, biggest items, rough number of boxes or bags, floor or building, loading access and your deadline.

Do I need to be at the storage facility?

Access must be authorized. Whether you need to remain on site depends on the facility rules and the arrangement confirmed for the job.

Can everything in the unit be removed?

Not automatically. Hazardous, leaking, regulated, unsafe or unidentified materials need separate review and may be excluded.

Is a phone call a confirmed booking?

No. The operator must accept the scope, timing and access plan before an appointment is confirmed.

What affects the estimate?

Volume, material type, heavy or bulky items, loading distance, stairs or elevator use, labor and disposal requirements all affect the review.
